Pads4Climate is a flagship program that links menstrual health and climate action through the production and distribution of reusable sanitary pads alongside community tree-planting campaigns. The initiative empowers women and girls to take charge of their health while contributing to environmental sustainability and reducing waste.
The Women's Innovation Skilling Centres (WISC) are dedicated training hubs supporting refugees, survivors of gender-based violence, and vulnerable women with education, technology skills, and economic opportunities. The flagship centre — WISC Nora — is located in Oyam District and provides ICT training, mentorship, and pathways to digital economic participation.
